It was started as Stevens & Co by the grandfather to three of the current Directors, George Stevens. And Great-Grandfather to the most recent of the Directors.

Stevco Ltd owns a tenanted mix of domestic and commercial properties and even one holiday let, in locations from Devon in the south to Leamington Spa as the furthest north in southern England.

Occasionally Stevco Ltd redevelops an already-owned site to add to the property portfolio.
